The second email will focus on the "how" - lots of actionable tips, tricks and tools to get started on making changes and creating wins around that week's topic.
- Daily self care prompts so that by the end of the month you have an arsenal bursting at the seams of ways to look after yourself.
- Private Facebook group for community, support and accountability. With tons of extra information, live videos to address any questions, and we'll compare notes on our wins on a regular basis. There'll be many!

Week 1 - Core Values and Priorities
Because if you don't know what's important to you, you won't be able to chose the right kind of self care for you. And find out how our core values can shape our every day actions and being us closer to the life you'd like to have and the person you'd like to be.
Week 2 - Mindset
It's hard to allow yourself time to look after yourself, when you don't believe you deserve it.
So we will work on noticing negative thought patterns and how to challenge them, so that you can become happier, calmer and more resilient as well as more positive and accepting of yourself and others.
Week 3 - Stress Reduction and Self Care
LOTS of tools in this week! We'll get stuck into improved sleep (even when your kids won't let you) meditation for the frazzled, breathing exercises, stretches, positive intentions, the importance of gratitude and lots more handy, actionable tips to chip away at stress.
Week 4 - Habits and Nutrition
We'll look at the science behind habits and how to go about making habit changes stick. And doable! Plus plenty of easy and realistic nutrition tips to nourish you and have your energy soaring.
